Eligibility for a Refund or Return

We accept returns and refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged item received — your item arrived visibly damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received — you received a different product, color, or size than what you ordered
  • Item not received — your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout
  • Items reported outside the eligible timeframe

Timeframes

All refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

For orders that have not yet arrived, please allow up to 20 days from your order date before raising a non-delivery claim.

Non-Delivery Claims
